Community Outreach: Washington Ave.

On Saturday, Feb. 25 CNU-Houston will be helping inform the public about the Washington Ave. Livable Centers Study and the opportunities they have to get involved. This will also be a great chance for us to talk to people in the community about sustainability, walkability, and urbanism.

We'll meet at 1PM at Asakura Robinson Co. to get started. We're going to divide the corridor into segments and split into teams of 2-3 volunteers. Each volunteer team will cover a few blocks, handing out information about the corridor planning process and documenting the existing conditions on the street.

Afterwards we'll get back together for some food and drinks. More details to be added as we approach the project.
